In this yoga course we practice classical Hatha Yoga, the yoga of postures, with influences from different yoga styles such as Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga to strengthen the body and make it more flexible. Pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and Shavasana (deep relaxation) complete the yoga practice and help us to find peace and experience relaxation in the hectic pace of everyday life. Thus the yoga practice leads to more energy and vitality, more flexibility and a better body perception. By strengthening and stretching the muscles, back problems can be alleviated.
