This course is specially designed for the time after pregnancy and birth.
Asanas (postures) that will help you regain your center and pelvic floor strength are the main focus of this course. Allow yourself a little time out to recover from the birth.
The rule of thumb for recovery is: Do not start too early! The postpartum bed should be kept and the course should begin in consultation with the midwife. Often the course starts about 8 to 12 weeks after the birth and in the case of a cesarean section 10-12 weeks after. You can take part as long as you want and of course also if the birth was a little longer ago.
It is never too late for effective regression and efficient pelvic floor training. Your body will thank you for it for the rest of your life.
